Posters are printed on a thick paper with a UV coat in matte finish at the same place as the ones that were on the TV show. They look exactly like the ones on the set. Due to their delicate nature, they are not returnable.

The poster depicts emulsion by comparing an unstable mixture (vinaigrette) with a stable mixture/emulsion (mayonnaise).
It also shows how the emulsifers bind the polar and non-polar materials at molecular scale.
