Posters are printed on a thick paper with a UV coat in matte finish at the same place as the ones that were on the TV show. They look exactly like the ones on the set. Due to their delicate nature, they are not returnable.

The poster depicts viscosity by comparing various food items in a visual experiment.
It also shows the molecular bonds that control how sticky, thick or viscous a material is, and how they (the bonds) can be weakend in the kitchen: by stirring, by adding water, or by heat.
